A family run business  located in Bishops Stortford and Sawbridgeworth for over 40 years, our multi-tenanted properties have provided the perfect location for many large and small enterprises, ranging from Care Providers and Accountants to Photographic Studios and Graphic Designers.

All our offices are carpeted and provided with strip lighting, BT and Power points. Some of our larger units are completely self contained having their own kitchens and toilets, although communal facilities are provided on each floor for the use of all our tenants. Some units are air conditioned, and parking is available.

We provide easy in and easy out tenancies at reasonable rates, and rent free periods are negotiable.

Bishops Stortford is located approximately 3 miles to the west of junction 8 of the M11 and Stansted Airport whilst Sawbridgeworth is only a further 3 miles to the south.

Main line railway stations at both locations provide regular services to London and Cambridge.
