Terms Available to let on a three month initial licence. Three months notice prior to vacation of the
premises is required. Licence fees are payable monthly in advance, with a sum of £100 being collected
prior to occupation to be held as a deposit for the period until the premises are vacated.

Outgoings Tenants are to make their own enquires of East Herts District Council regarding Business Rates.

VAT Unless otherwise stated, all prices and rents quoted are exclusive of VAT. Any intending lessee must
satisfy themselves independently as to the incidence of VAT in respect of any transaction.
